I am looking for three pendants to hang over my island in my kitchen. Can you please tell me the difference between Tech Lighting Melrose Modern / Contemporary Pendant Light (700FJMLP) and Wilmette Delaware Traditional Restoration Pendant Light (600FJMDLW)? Thanks for your help. DebraJul 30, 2008
Hello Debra, The main difference is the brand name; one is Tech Lighting -700, while the other is Wilmette-600, although Wilmette happens to be a branch of Tech Lighting. Both of them have similar glass, but there are more glass color options under the 700FJM. As per Tech Lighting, the Wilmette Melrose (600FJM) is meant to convey an antique look, while the Tech Lighting Melrose (700FJM) has a contemporary flavor.Aug 6, 2008
I just wanted clarification on the Tech Lighting pendants, specifically for two circuit monorail. Does the Tech Lighting Melt Modern / Contemporary Pendant Light - 700FJMLT come with the male freejack connector? I understand/believe that the female freejack connector 700MO2CHED is the additional item that must be purchased.Jul 1, 2009
Tech Lighting 700FJMLT does not come with the freejack connector. This must be purchased separately, the item as you noted is Tech Lighting 2-Circuit Monorail FreeJack Connector - 700MO2CHED.Jul 1, 2009
